| Now
the hood and doors are on. |
| It's
ready to load up in the trailer and head for Louisville to
debut at the Nationals. Even unfinished, this car is a
great hi-tech, old school hot rod. Be at Louisville next
year, and you could be the proud owner! |

| Back
at the shop, the body is removed along with the engine and
transmission. |
| Next
we'll install the stainless brake lines. John carefully
makes the first bends. |
| Working
from the master cylinder forward, John installs the front
brake lines. |
| The
chrome proportioning valve is installed. |
| This
shows the installed front brake line. |
| To
achieve a "floating grille" look, we build a
wooden jig to hold the tubing in place. We carefully cut
and bend the stainless tubing to the right contour to fit
the grille shell. |
| Back
on the chassis, we routed the battery cables through the
frame. Here at the front, they will be routed to the
starter. |
