fabricated a front crossmember and cut notches in the
frame and welded it in. |

| With
everything tacked in place, we remove it from the jig to
double check the ride height. Looks good to us! |

the look from the rear. |

| To
accomplish the look we want, we needed to cut the frame
horns off and extend them. After extending them, we bolt a
spreader bar on and start the fitting process. |
|
|
|
| We
also need to pull the front of the frame horns in so we
cut slots in them and we'll pull them in and then weld
them up. |
|

raises the chassis and begins the process of welding up
the slits. |

finished frame horns are ground smooth. |
