| Then
we welded little small weld all around the new piece, this
takes awhile because you have to let it cool down so you
don't warp the metal. |
| Then
we ground the welds down, but you also have to be careful
when you are grinding off the welds to not get the metal
hot also. |

| The
quarter panels were replace in this wagon before it came
to the shop and it took us awhile to figure out that one
side of the quarter panel was welded in wrong and was an
inch off. |
| So
we removed the section of wheel well rather than cutting
the whole panel off. |
| You
can see how much it was off. |
| Again
we tached it in slowly to not warp the metal. |
| The
welds have been ground smooth. |
| We
had to repair the metal in the corner of the rear door
opening. |
