| Because
there were latches and other things on the edge of the
door we fabricated a piece to give it a smooth look when
opened. |

| We
have just finished welding in the piece we fabricated. |

| It
looks much better with the piece welded in on the edge of
the door.

is the actuator at full extension underneath. |
|
|

| Tim
fabricated a cover for the actuator so when the door is
shut you will not see the actuator from inside. |
|
|
|
| We
also did not want to see the actuator underneath the car
in case you would look underneath, and Tim started the
cover with a cardboard template. |
|
|
|
| The
cover has been cut out and ready to be folded and welded. |
|
