You ever wonder how you get such a nice tight fit around the gas neck, you make the hole bigger than the gas neck.

Then fill it in with fiberglass to make it a nice tight fit.

Now we have started smoothing out the rear valance.

Scott has fabricated some fiberglass buckets and rough fit them into the fender.

He fiberglassed the back side.

Now he has cut down the edge to lay it all flat.

Now we are trial fitting the 39 Ford tail light.

We smoothed it off and refitted the tail light.

Primed the fender.
