The gas tank covers never fit up tight, so we refiberglassed.  
Then wiped it down with some bondo. 
Then sanded it off.
Primed it and sanded it down.
Headlights are in place and ready to go.
Now that it is all in primer, it looks pretty good.

        We used Specialty Power Windows and glassed in the eschuton plates.

         Bondoed around the opening to tighten it up.         

  We are smoothing it out here.
  In this shot you can see the final smoothed off product and also the seam in the middle.
