| The
body is in primer and the guys are blocking the body. |
| The
frame is being cleaned up and the old brake lines removed. |
| The
rear end is out and we'll be sending it out for some work. |
| To
get the hole in the firewall for the brake pedal, we need
to put the body back on the frame. |
| The
body is back on the frame and it's on the rack. |
| This
will be a real challenge to figure out how to put the
brake booster under the floor. These Street Beast frames
are not like a normal '34 Ford frame. The pedal will have
to be on the outside of this frame rail and the booster
and master cylinder will have to be on the inside. Stay
tuned to see how we cure this problem. |
| We
drilled a hole through the frame and welded a bushing in.
We then made a brake pedal and attached a rod through the
bushing and put a bracket on the other end with a heim
joint. |
| Here's
another look at it. The heim joint will attach to a rod
that will go back to the booster/master cylinder. |
