Setting the Optima battery in place.

We fabricated a bracket and used a Billet Specialties Optima battery holddown. 

To keep with the nostalgia look of the car we used a functioning trunk handle and fabricated a latch.

Wow a piece of wood.  This helps us mount stuff to the firewall so we will not have ugly bolts sticking out.
