| On
most of most of our Willys chassis we beef the chassis up
pretty good because Willy owners like horsepower. |

| We
have tach welded all of the tubes in place, for welding in
later. |
|
|

| We
have bent the upper tube of the crossmember to also hold
the master cylinder and the clutch master cylinder. |
|
|
|
| Again
everything is still tach welded before welding. |
|
|
|
| Now
everything has been set in place we have taken the chassis
apart to start the finish welding on top. |
|
|
|
| Here
we have taken the chassis out of the jig to finish welding
everything underneath. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
| With
the bracket hanging down so far, we had to gusset the
steering bracket for strength. |
|
|
|
| Jaysun
has put the front shock mounts on the side of the chassis
and on top of the tube axle. |
