Lonnie Keith's '34 Ford Coupe

Here's a picture of the torque tube and how we're routing the battery cables.

A closer look shows you where the trans cooler is mounted.

Here's Larry working...finally.

Here's our after school helper "Pretty Boy" alias Clay Morton dusting off the frame.

Here's what's going under the dash. The A/C is mounted and the wiring is being run.

The fuse box and Optima battery are mounted in the passenger side of the trunk area.

The "Blade Runner"! Here's another shot of the gas tank installed with the braided fuel lines running from the tank.

The master cylinder and booster was replaced with one of Tuff Stuff's new chrome dual booster and master cylinder units.

We had to fabricate a bracket to hold the emergency brake cable on the rear brakes.

Here you can see the shifter and the emergency brake handle mounted to the torque tube.

And here's the holes in the body where they'll pass through.

The next step for Lonnie's car is the FLAME SHOP! We're loading it up and taking it to Cincinnati to have the flames applied. The sides have been scuffed and the chassis thoroughly wrapped to protect it from overspray. The flames will be applied by Bill Roell AKA "Short Round" and Dauber. These guys do some fabulous flames and have done several high profile cars.
