We used pipe insulation to help gauge the distance from the tire to the fender.

Here Kevin is making a brace from the excess material that was removed from the fender.

Here's the fender after one side has been trimmed off.

Kevin holds the fender to show you the flare we put on the back that was fabricated from our new air hammer.

The picture shows both ends of the fender have been trimmed and radiused.

Here's the fender mocked up on the tire so we can make the fender brackets.

Here's the outside view.

With every project there is trial and error. We are trying to come up with a concept for the fender braces.

Here's what we came up with. Kevin shows where it will be tack welded to the fender for a trial fit.

Here's what the fender looks like with the new bracket tacked and bolted up.
