| First
we trim off the back so the airbox sits down properly on
the carb neck. |

| Next
we make a fiberglass tunnel out of the top of the airbox. |

| With
the airbox mounted on the carb, we now need to trim the
tunnel we made. |

| We
made a pattern and cut it out for the tunnel. |

| Then
we transferred the pattern to the hood and cut the hood
out. |
|
|
|
| To
build a scoop, we start with a piece of flat steel and
shape it in the basic shape we want. |
