made a chin piece that will fit inside the grille shell
for the outer piece to attach to. |

the piece fitted into the grille shell and the tabs we'll
use to bolt everything together. |

| The
bear claw latches that came in the doors were not strong
enough to hold the doors. We replaced them and had to
re-fiberglass the area where the new latches went in. |
