| To
make everything fit well on this car we'll need to extend
the frame horns. This picture shows the frame horns
whacked off. |
| We
extended the frame horns and have tacked them back onto
the chassis. |
| We
lay the hood on the body and support it with an adjustable
rod to get an idea of where the radiator will end up. |
| Here's
the radiator and the steel grille. Once everything is
fitted, we'll send the grille out to be chromed. |
| We
need to pull the frame horns in a little more. Scott cuts
a slit in the frame horn. |
| After
we pull the frame horn in, the slits are welded up. |
| Now
we can get the radiator and grille shell mocked up.
Scott's got them in place and is measuring for the
brackets for the radiator. |
| The
radiator tab is welded on. |
| The
bracket is in place on the frame. |
