front crossmember is installed and the front of the frame
is being notched for spring clearance. |

| Dave's
frame has been sent to Downs to have the new body fitted.
In the mean time, we've been busy ordering the parts to
finish the chassis. Here's the suspension parts from Pete
and Jakes. The showroom also has a corner for Dave's
parts and is starting to fill up. |

body has just arrived from Downs. |

| This
Downs roadster body is a slick piece. The next step we'll
take is to remove the body from the frame and put it in
the jig to install the suspension components. |

| The
roadster body has been removed and the chassis placed back
in the jig. Here you can see the chrome front I-beam in
the process of being installed in the chassis. |

|
| The
brackets have been placed on the rear end and welded up. |
|
|
|
| The
front spindles are on and the steering box location has
been determined. |
|
|
|
| Now
the body is placed back on the chassis to install the
brake pedal and mount. We'll also mock up the motor and
transmission mounts. |
