Dennis Wargo's '32 Ford Three Window

Dennis Wargo has an idea to build an American Graffiti style hot rod. Only his will be a three window instead of a five window. Follow along as we build Dennis a hot rod. 
 
The first step is to box the framerails.

The boxing plates have been completely welded and the frame has been ground. The next step will be to install the front crossmember.

Johnathan is measuring and preparing to install the front crossmember.

Jaysun's working at the back of the frame using a plumb bob to get the axle centerline of the chassis.

Once the axle centerline is determined, Jaysun fits the rear shock crossmember.

Johnathan grinds the front crossmember for a nice tight fit. The better the fit, the better the weld.

The rear shock crossmember is now tacked in place.

The front crossmember is fitted and tacked in place.

The tubular center crossmember is in place and ready to be welded up.

Clearance for the rearend is always necessary. Johnathan makes the first cut on the frame to make the c-notch.
