Here's
one of the doors in primer and being blocked.
Charlie
is mounting the grille shell and radiator to begin fitting
for the hood.
The
hood top is laid in place to check fit.
The
hole has been cut in the dash for the polished Lokar gauge
panel and Classic Instruments.
Under
the dash, you can see the Vintage Air A/C unit installed.

The
windshield wiper mechanisms are installed above the
windshield.

a look at the back side.
The
drive motor for the windshield wipers is installed under
the dash.
This
'32 will not have hood sides but we want the hood to be
able to open from either side like a conventional three
piece hood but also be hidden. To accomplish this we need to fabricate the
mechanisms. Here you can see the locking rods and the
stainless knob that will activate the rods.
