Back from the upholster and now we are starting on the exhaust.

We are bending the exhaust to look like the "Graffiti Deuce".

We sent the exhaust to be HPC coated black to look like the "Graffiti Deuce".

With the down turned pipe off of the exhaust header being black it hides sit against the black chassis.

Now we are starting to fabricate the front fenders, by hammering it out on the English wheel and the blanching hammer.

We have  trial fit the fender onto the spindle.
Here is the first coat of yellow on the fenders.

Before we painted the fenders we taped them down to the tire and checked clearance with spacers.

Ah the finished product how cool does that look?

Brian and his son-in-law came down to test drive his new ride.
