Getting the underbody slick.
Inside of trunk jamb gets taped off for paint.
Nice and slick.
You want to keep the paint looking good everywhere.
Prepped inside of deck lid.
Same with the doors. You paint the inside or underside of everything first.
When you paint candy colors you have to keep the parts in line on the outside paint so it looks uniform. We made a jig to keep the parts lined up.
First coat of clear is a little dry.
Next coat does the trick!
Look at that hood and grill!
We take it out in the sun to see how it looks.
No disappointment here!
