Shipping and Handling

Due to the large and diverse selection in our catalog, we are unable to accurately figure shipping and handling with our shopping cart program but will do our best to give you an approximate shipping amount. Many times the amount is much less than the amount shown. If you are a Tennessee resident, applicable sales tax will also be added to your order. In most cases, we can ship within 48 hours of the receipt of your order.

We do ship to APO and FPO addresses for our military customers.

Due to the fact that our server is, after all, just a computer, glitches sometimes happen and are unavoidable. If you encounter a problem while ordering, please call us on our toll free line (888-680-1932) and let us know the problem you encountered and we will gladly take your order over the phone. Your order is very important to us and we want to do everything possible to see that you get the parts and services that you want.

Due to heightened security, we can only ship to an address if it is listed on file with your credit card company. You also MUST list the telephone number for the billing address so we may verify address and purchase.
