koop1

Ken's chassis is in the jig and we're installing the front end.

koop2

The 9" Ford rear is in place in the chassis.

koop3

The chrome triangular four bar is in along with the coil over shocks.

koop4

We're putting a rack on this one in place of the Vega box.

koop5

Here's a new product from John's Industries. Finned brake drums to match the Functional Fakes on the front.

koop6

Here's the Functional Fakes. They're disc brakes hidden by brake drums for that nostalgic look.

koop7

Ken's chassis is rolling and we're waiting on the five window body.

koop8

Ken came in from North Carolina with this all original five window.

koop9

We lifted the body off the original chassis.

koop10

Here's the body sitting on the new chassis.

koop11

The body is back from the stripper.

koop12

The guys lift the body off the crate and set it back on the chassis.

koop13

Before we start cutting, we brace the body with square tubing to make sure it holds it's shape.

koop14

The passenger door has some rust in the bottom of it that needs to be fixed.

koop15

The bottom door brace is being cut out.

koop16

Here's the new piece we'll be putting in.

koop17

Now the bottom of the door is cut off.

koop18

The rusty floor needs to be removed and replaced with new metal.

koop19

The floor is all cut out.

koop20

New metal is going in.
